Blacksmithing above 360

Since I do not do WOTK and cannot mine cobalt, is there no way to advance my blacksmithing skill above 360 according to your guide? Actually I'm already 361.

To get from about 360-375 BC style you can make Khorium Belts. You get the pattern as a drop from Murkblood Raiders in Nagrand.
